Utilities
Q. Is water and
sewer available for….?
A. We will furnish
site specific availability based on as-built drawings of the site in
question.
Q. What will be
the Utilities Impact fees?
A. The Utilities
Project Coordinator will need the appropriate information about the
site like the proposed project, building size(s), proposed use, and
the proposed water and sewer demand to determine the Utilities
Impact Fees for that site.
Q. Can we phase
the project to reduce the utilities impact fees?
A. Phasing is
allowed if the approved project site plan has a clear and defined
phasing schedule that will allow the Utilities Impact Fees to be
properly calculated.
Planning
Q. How much
parking will I need?
A. Your parking
requirement will depend on the use of the site. Please refer to
Chapter 185.140 for general parking requirements.
Q: How many
condos/townhomes/apartments can I fit on my site?
A: That depends
on several factors, including, but not limited to the zoning
district the property is in, the retention requirements, the setback
requirements, easement location, etc. Your engineer should be able
to help
with these factors.
