City Manager

Mr. Lee Feldman is currently the City Manager for the City of Palm Bay, Florida; a position he has held since October 2002.

Prior to his appointment as the Palm Bay City Manager, Mr. Feldman was employed by the City of North Miami, Florida, where he served as the City Manager from May 1996 to October 2002 and as the Deputy City Manager beginning in 1989.  Mr. Feldman also served as an Assistant to the City Manager and Assistant City Manager to the City of North Miami Beach. Deputy City Manager

Susan Hann, P.E., AICP, ICMA-CM, is currently the Deputy City Manager for the City of Palm Bay, Florida. Sue has been with Palm Bay for almost 10 years, 5 of which were as the City’s Public Works Director. She also spent about 9 years in various professional capacities with Brevard County and several years in the private sector.

She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and is a licensed engineer, certified planner and credentialed manager. [more]

Deputy City Manager

Mr. Jonathan R. Lewis has been the Deputy City Manager for the City of Palm Bay since August 2004. Prior to that, he served as the Assistant Town Manager and Assistant to the Town Manager for the Town of Belleair.

Mr. Lewis has received a Bachelor of Arts (Political Science) and a Masters of Public Administration from the University of South Florida. He has completed the Senior Executive Program for State and Local Government at the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University. [more]
