Because we want to do our best to serve you, the City has created a form so you can make comments, express your concerns, or report problems online and submit any suggestions and ideas you may have.  We will follow-up quickly to answer your questions or concerns and to resolve any problems. 

REMEMBER...

Any requests for service will be routed to the appropriate City department or division, which has specific procedures for addressing service requests. Priorities are established by the department or division by the nature of the call.  

Submitting your requests directly to the responsible department or division can expedite the response.  If you need assistance in determining the appropriate department or division, please call the City Clerk’s Office at 321-952-3414.
