Councilmembers, City Staff, and Palm Bay Citizens

Tonight it is my honor and privilege to deliver, in accordance with the Charter of the City of Palm Bay, The State of the City address.  

As I organized my thoughts for tonight’s remarks I reflected that even though we are experiencing troubled times that we have not seen in decades, the City of Palm Bay is still strong and positioning itself to take full advantage of the future economic recovery.
