City Charter - Proposed Amendments
At its regular meeting held on August 2, 2012, the City Council approved six (6) revisions to the City Charter as submitted by the Charter Review Commission for the November ballot.
The revisions have
been summarized in order not to exceed the maximum 75 word limit for referendum issues as required by state law. Copies of the full text of each revision, with additions and deletions, have been provided via the respective links below. The full text will also be posted at the polls on election day.
