Function:

Conducts hearings to decide cases in which violations are alleged of any provisions of any chapter of the Code of Ordinances of the City.

Membership Requirements:

City resident at least six (6) months

Maximum Number of Members:

Seven (7)

Length of Term:

3 Years

Meeting Location:

City Hall Council Chambers, 120 Malabar Road, SE, Palm Bay

Meeting Day/Time:

2nd Wednesday of each month, 1:00 p.m.

Requires filing of Statement of Financial Interests with Brevard County Supervisor of Elections.  Board considers quasi-judicial matters.
