Board of Adjustment

Function:

Conducts hearings to deny or grant variances of the zoning code and considers and decides appeals from the decisions made by the Director of Growth Management.

Membership Requirements:

City resident

Maximum Number of Members:

Seven (7)

Length of Term:

3 Years

Meeting Location:

City Hall Council Chambers, 120 Malabar Road, SE, Palm Bay

Meeting Day/Time:

1st Monday of each month, 7:00 p.m.        

Requires filing of Statement of Financial Interests with Brevard County Supervisor of Elections.  Board considers quasi-judicial matters.
