Building and Construction advisory committee

Function:

Assists the City staff and reviews and makes recommendations concerning all building and construction codes, ordinances, regulations, and resolutions as directed by the Palm Bay City Council.

Membership Requirements:

• County resident for at least two (2) years
• Includes, but not limited to, the following vocations:
• 1 - general contractor
• 1 - residential contractor
• 1 - remodeler
• 1 - realtor
• 1 - homeowner
• 1 - subcontractor (carpenter, mason, pools, etc.)
• 1 - design engineer

Maximum Number of Members:

Seven (7)

Length of Term:

3 Years

Meeting Location:

Growth Management conference room, 2nd floor, City Hall Annex, 120 Malabar Road, SE, or refer to agenda

Meeting Day/Time:

Quarterly, 6:30 p.m., or as needed
