Crime Suppression Unit are attempting to identify a suspect captured on home surveillance video burglarizing a vehicle. On January 25th at approximately 6 A.M. the suspect and a second individual who is
unidentifiable, are seen on video burglarizing two vehicles in the driveway of a home located in the 500-block of Seaport Terrace SE. The suspects entered the unlocked vehicles and stole cash, an I-Pod Nano, a flashlight, and a red and white “Hard Rock” jacket. There have been multiple reports of vehicle burglaries in the area during the past several weeks.

Suspects Sought in Multiple Residential Burglaries
District Detectives are currently investigating a series of residential burglaries in the Southern portion of the City, one of which involved at least one suspect that was captured on video by a home surveillance camera. On January 8th the suspects forced their way into a home located at 2819 Sage St. SW by breaking a window. Once inside the suspects stole everything they could including clothing, computers, a large flat screen TV and packages that had just been delivered by the postal service. The suspect seen on video is believed to be with at least three other unidentified persons who may also be responsible for numerous burglaries in the area.

The City of Palm Bay will soon begin using cameras at intersections in an effort to reduce crashes by ticketing drivers who run red lights.
