The Palm Bay Parks & Recreation Department along with Malabar Country Vet & Groomer, and Malabar Feed & Farm will host a free Movie in the Park on Saturday, August 19 at Fred Poppe Regional Park, 1951 Malabar Rd. NW, in Palm Bay. The event will begin at 7 PM with the movie starting around 7:45 PM. The movie, The Secret Life of Pets (rated PG), will be shown on a giant 23-foot outdoor movie screen.
The event is for all ages and admission is free. Guests are encouraged to bring chairs, blankets, bug spray, and food & drinks to enjoy during the movie. Patrons are also invited to bring their furry friends along to the movie. All pets must be on a leash and under control. Patrons must pick up after their pets. Pets that are aggressive or being a nuisance to others may be asked to leave.
There will be concessions available for purchase as well as pet related vendors and information.
