Councilmembers, City Staff, and Palm Bay Citizens:

Tonight it is my honor and privilege to deliver, in accordance with the Charter of the City of Palm Bay, the State of the City address. It is also a distinct honor to be Mayor this evening and deliver this address on our 50th birthday.
